2011 Ramsay Health Care Tri Pink Series Launches on Sunshine Coast

The 2011/12 Ramsay Health Care Triathlon Pink series is go!

This year is a special one being our 5th birthday. In those 5 years we have seen over 15 000 Pinkies cross the finish line, raised over $650,000 for the National Breast Cancer Foundation, seen thousands of women empower themselves and amaze us and had a heap of fun along the way.

This coming year will see some surprises for everyone with a special edition 5th birthday event shirt for all participants, and a new course on the Sunshine Coast. There is also the addition of the Fun Run to events on the day. Men and Women of all ages can take part in the 3km and 6km fun runs.

Distance:

• Long course triathlon: 300m swim/9km ride/3km run
• Medium course triathlon: 200m swim/6km ride/2km run
• Short course triathlon: 100m swim/3km ride/1km run
• Kids triathlon: 50m swim/1.5km ride/500m run
